Nous sommes spécialisés dans la production de pompes au rotor et de pompes homogènes. La capacité de production atteint 20 000 unités / an.
Nos produits de fabrication de produits sont divisés en produits chimiques grand public, chimiques raffinés, aliments et boissons, fabrication de papier, fibres chimiques, pharmaceutiques et revêtement. Les pièces principales et le dispositif d'étanchéité des produits sont composés de différents matériaux en fonction des différentes propriétés du matériau, pour répondre aux exigences des procédures de milieu de variété et de travail.

La pompe homogène et d'émulsification DHB comprend 3 à 5 couches de stators et de rotors. L'alvéole de chaque couche Stators et Rotors est de large à élancée, laisse le matériau de taille asymétrique d'origine pour entrer dans la chambre de la pompe à la rupture, la dispersion, la raffinerie, l'homogénéisation, l'émulsion étape par étape. Il s'agit d'une pompe homogène fine composée à haute efficacité, il a également majeur un équipement homogène composé dans les procédures de travail chimique.

En tant que pompe homogène, DHB est spécialisé dans son stator et son rotor. Dans la seule chambre de travail, il y a 3 couches stator et rotorine différentes dentaires. This pump is multi-purpose compound & emulsifier equipment, its professional technic and manufacture precisioncanapproach international level. Emulsion pump is an efficient type product with mix, dispersion, breaking,dissolution, refinery, homogenization, emulsifying.

The main parts are stator and rotors. At the centrifugal and fluid forces created by the rapid turning of the rotors, the stators exercise on the materials strong power shearing, centrifugal pressing, breaking, fluid friction, turbulent homogenizingand the solid, fluid, and volatile medium ar quickly refined, homogenized, disaggregated and emulsified. This process can result in stable and high-quality products.

These serial products can greatly simplify the traditional production process upgrade the production efficiency and product quality. They are widely used in petrochemical, refinery chemistry, daily chemicals, biology pharmaceutics, foods processing, paper making, paint and so on.
